Returns and Refunds: Change of Mind

We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and the quality of our service. If you change your mind about your purchase for any reason, you may return it for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt; this is more generous than the minimum required by law.

To qualify for a change of mind return, items must be unused and in perfect saleable condition, in their original packaging. Please contact us before returning anything, so that we can advise you of the best way to send it back, and ensure your parcel is clearly labelled. You will be responsible for the cost of returning goods under this section, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Certain items, such as those made to order or personalised for you, may be excluded from this right; where this applies, we will make it clear to you before you complete your purchase.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally with a photograph of the issue, and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to reject faulty goods for a full refund within 30 days of purchase; after this period, we will usually offer a repair or replacement in the first instance. Where an item is faulty, we will cover the cost of its return to us.

Your Legal Rights

In addition to the returns periods set out above, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 give you the right to cancel most online orders within 14 days of receiving them, without giving a reason, and to receive a refund once the goods are returned to us. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 also entitles you to goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
