Classic: Over 1m
Lacanche’s Classic Range has a variety of sizes to choose from, so no matter your space, there will be a Lacanche for you. On this page, we will take you through each of the Classic models that are over 1m in length.
Each model comes with a choice of 29 colours, 5 different types of trim, and a variety of hob and oven configurations. All models over 1m have the choice of an integrated hob where you can choose an additional option alongside your gas or induction hobs, such as extra rings or an electric griddle. Depending on the size of model, there are between one and four spaces to fill with optional fryers, chargrills and even bain maries. These larger ovens offer true versatility while maintaining the refined elegance the brand is known for. Saulieu/Savigny
Length: 1105cm
The Savigny and Saulieu models are the same design, but the position of the ovens are swapped so you can choose the layout that works for your kitchen.
With a choice of 3 oven configurations (gas, static electric or dual function) and 4 hobs. There is also the option of an integrated hob element, such as additional rings or an electric griddle.
Accommodates a vertical 65l dual function electric oven and grill and a large oven of your choice.
Charlieu/Chablis
Length: 1405cm
The Charlieu and Chablis models are the same design, but the position of the ovens are swapped so you can choose the layout that works for your kitchen.
With a huge choice of 6 oven configurations and 3 hobs, with space for an additional integrated hob element such as a griddle, chargrill or fryer.
Accommodates two large main ovens and a 79l simmer oven.
Chemin/Chaussin
Length: 1405cm
The Chemin and Chaussin models are the same design, but the position of the ovens are swapped so you can choose the layout that works for your kitchen.
With a choice of 5 oven configurations and 3 hobs, with space for an additional integrated hob element such as a griddle, chargrill or fryer.
Accommodates two large main ovens, a 20l electric oven and grill, and a 79l simmer oven.
Chalonnais
Length: 1405cm
With a choice of all 6 oven configurations and 4 hobs. There is also space for two additional integrated hob elements such as a griddle or extra burners
Accommodates two large ovens, and electric ovens are equipped with a grill.
Citeaux
Length: 1505cm
With a choice of 3 oven configurations (gas, static electric and dual function) and 4 hobs. There is also space for two additional integrated hob element such as a griddle, chargrill or fryer.
Accommodates two main ovens and a 79l simmer oven.
Flavigny
Length: 1805cm
With a choice of all 6 oven configurations and 3 hobs. There is also space for two additional integrated hob elements such as a griddle, chargrill or fryer.
Accommodates two large main ovens and two 79l simmer ovens.
Avalon
Length: 1805cm
With a choice of 5 oven configurations and 3 hobs. There is also space for two additional integrated hob elements such as a griddle, chargrill or fryer.
Accommodates two large ovens, a third oven with grill, and two 79l simmer ovens.
Bligny/Belmont
Length: 1805cm
The Bligny and Belmont models are the same design, but the position of the ovens are swapped so you can choose the layout that works for your kitchen.
With a choice of 6 oven configurations and 3 hobs, with space for an additional integrated hob element such as a griddle, chargrill or fryer.
Accommodates two main ovens, with electric ovens equipped with a grill, and a 79l simmer oven.
Vezelay
Length: 2205cm
The very biggest and most versatile oven in Lacanche’s collection, with a choice of 6 oven configurations and 3 hobs. There is also space for four additional integrated hob elements such as a griddle, chargrill or fryer.
