ILVE Kitchen appliances from Rural Ranges
Aside from their fabulous range cookers and ovens, ILVE also has a range of kitchen appliances to add cohesion to your kitchen design. Inspired by the needs of professional kitchens, there are blast chillers, warming drawers and vacuum drawers for the keenest of chefs, and beautiful refrigerators for every kitchen.
Blast Chillers
ILVE’s 60cm blast chillers can be built-in to your kitchen or incorporated as part of a multi-function column. These clever appliances have 11 functions. They can quickly chill drinks, preserve fresh produce, increase the shelf life of dishes or take food from room temperature to -20c. There is even a low temperature cooking option for slow roasts. The blast chillers come in 3 designs: Milano, Nero or Roma. Milano chillers perfectly suit the traditional Italian style of the rest of its range, with ornate handles and curved glass. The enamelled steel can be Blue Grey, Antique White, Matt Graphite, White, Stainless Steel or Burgundy Red. Alternatively, you can choose from 200 RAL colours on request. The handle can be finished in Brass, Chrome or Antique Bronze to suit the rest of the fittings in your kitchen. Nero chillers are a sleek Black glass with Matt Black finishes, while Roma has a contemporary design inspired by Professional kitchens. Roma chillers come in Blue Grey, Stainless Steel, Gloss Black, White, Matt Graphite or RAL colours and have Satin finishes.
Vacuum Drawers
The vacuum drawers in ILVE’s collection offer a superb professional service from the comfort of your own home. The technology removes 99% of air, minimizing bacteria and creating the perfect conditions for preserving, sous viding and marinating in vacuumed bags or containers. The appliances have 4 sealing levels to suit your needs and a box height of 140mm, giving you plenty of space to work with. You have a choice between 3 styles: Milano, Nero and Roma, to complement the rest of your appliances. Nero’s exterior is a sleek Black Glass, while Roma and Milano has a choice between 6 standard colours and RAL shades.
Warming Drawers
ILVE’s 60 built-in warming drawers reach temperatures of between 40 and 85c. Doubling up as a handy hidden storage space, it provides the perfect solution to keeping waiting food from going cold and warming plates ready for service. Matching the colouring of the other appliances in the range, they can be styled as Roma, Milano or Nero.
Multifunction columns
If you have need of several appliances but don’t quite have the space in your kitchen cabinets, ILVE’s multi-function columns are the perfect solution. These consist of a multi-function combi oven with a steam and microwave setting, a blast chiller and freezer, and a vacuum drawer. These are all available in either Black Glass Nero, or the different colourings and finishes of the Roma and Milano style, as described above.
Refrigerators
Although ILVE may be primarily known for its cookers, their expertise extends to a selection of refrigerators, ensuring your kitchen design can work as one. Your range cooker, oven, refrigerator and warming drawers can all be part of the same beautifully cohesive design.
All products in this range are fridge freezers. There is a choice between a four-door and a smaller column refrigerator, all with no-frost technology, super cooling and freezing functions, and an internal LED display.
The four-door has a fridge on the top, and freezer on the bottom. The 335l fridge has 3 glass shelves, 6 balconies, 1 humidity controlled drawer and 1 variable temperature drawer. The 204l freezer has 4 drawers, 2 large compartments and an automatic ice maker.
The built-in column has a 180l fridge with 3 shelves, 4 balconies, 1 bottle compartment and a drawer with adjustable humidity. The 63l freezer has 2 drawers and 1 large compartment.
There are two styles of freestanding refrigerators; Milano and Roma. Milano comes in every shade available to Milano range cookers: White, Stainless Steel, Gloss Black, Blue Grey, Emerald Green, Antique White, Matt Graphite, Midnight Blue, Burgundy Red and optional RAL colours, with Brass, Antique Bronze, Chrome or Copper finishes. Roma is available in White, Stainless Steel, Gloss Black, Matt Graphite, Blue Grey, Emerald Green, Burgundy Red and optional RAL colours with Matt Black or Satin finishes.
ILVE’s built-in refrigerators are designed to work cohesively with your kitchen design and are ‘panel ready,’ meaning the doors can be coloured to exactly match the shade of your cabinets, or in any other shade you desire. The handles can be finished in the style and shades available to the Milano and Roma designs.
