Planchas

Charlie’s planchas are specially designed to fit the runners of Charlie ovens. They are made of sturdy stainless steel, designed and made in Britain and built to last. The flat-bed plancha is an alternative to a pan, skillet or roasting tray and is therefore exceptionally versatile, roasting meats, frying fish or sautéing vegetables. The perforated plancha is perfect for grilling vegetables and delicate foods such as seafood, as the perforation allows smoke heat to circulate freely. Both trays have a sturdy handle for ease of lifting and the raised side walls mean that food can be turned and flipped without risking it rolling off onto the floor.

Cooking Racks

Domestic Charlie ovens come with 2 racks, and additional ones are available to buy separately to increase your cooking capacity. These are stainless steel and heavy duty, strong enough to hang meats from without warping. They are exactly built to fit Charlie ovens, and designed to last a lifetime.

Pizza and Baking Stones

Charlie Ovens can cook deliciously baked pizzas in minutes. These pizza stones are the perfect tool for making sure your pizzas and breads are baked to perfection, as the professional-grade cordierite material spreads heat evenly along the base. It’s easy to clean too, so no more annoying stickiness on your oven racks. These stones are 38cm by 30cm, with a thickness of 1.5cm.

Cooking Tongs

Charlie’s oven tongs are 55cm long, saving you from having to put your hand in a hot oven when you need to turn your food. Made of high quality and durable stainless steel, the handles come in a choice of Charlie colours to compliment your oven.

Oven Covers

While Charlie ovens are weatherproof, it can be good to add extra protection when not in use to ensure your oven looks just as perfect as the day you bought it. Charlie has oven covers for both their ovens and kitchen islands. Covers are durable, water-proof, wind-proof and UV resistant. The commercial grade material is made from heavy-duty 1000D polyester and is tear and abrasion proof, protecting your oven no matter the weather.

Aprons

Charlie has branded aprons so you can cook with style. These are machine washable and hard-wearing to suit outside charcoal cooking. With an adjustable strap, handy pockets and a faux-leather trim. Aprons are 80cm high by 70cm wide.
