At Rural Ranges, we love ILVE because it too believes that you should have a cooker that suits you and your home. You can choose a range cooker that absolutely matches your aesthetic, no matter the colour, finish or style. You are empowered at every step of the way to take ownership of your design, whether that’s colour matching to your kitchen work tops, choosing a trim that matches the handles in the rest of your kitchen, going sleek and contemporary or ornate and traditional. It’s your cooker, your style, your way.
First, you can choose one of ILVE’s main styles. If you want high end luxury, look no further than Majestic or Milano. Majestic is a deeper oven, much like an Aga, while the Milano fits within the worktop. You can then choose the feet- a more ornate curved style, or the standard straight leg. Choose your colour from the standard range, or from over 200 RAL colours, and specify whether you’d like matt or gloss. The doors can be flat or glass, and you can choose between several different finishes of trim. Finally, you can choose your hob top.
Our Showroom ILVE range cooker
For our showroom in Bridport, Dorset, we wanted an ILVE that had subtle touches to honour traditional range cooking, yet one that could stand boldly and proudly in a contemporary kitchen. We chose a 100cm Milano model with straight feet and ornate handles and knobs, but chose to have solid panel doors for a more streamlined look. Our trim has cleverly incorporated different finishes; burnished knobs to suit the kitchen cabinetry, and chrome an brass handles to suit the hob and finishes on other cookers in our collection. We chose a shade of green a touch lighter than the Emerald Green that comes as standard, and what a privilege to be able to choose an exact colour to suit our aesthetic.
Despite how bespoke your end cooker will be, ILVE has a remarkably fast turn-around time of 6 to 8 weeks, with an extra two weeks for RAL shades. That means it is possible to choose an entirely unique design for a cooker in early October, and have it arrive in time for Christmas! It is truly a remarkable accomplishment of the ILVE brand that such individual, handmade engineering can be done in such a precise and efficient way.
