This matt grey cold shelf is made from zintec, a mild steel plate coated with a thin layer of zinc. Perfect for controlling the heat within your oven. When placed in the oven cool, it acts as a baffle to slow down the cooking.

Suitable for all standard and deluxe models, pre and post 74.
