Shipping Policy

Order Processing and Dispatch

We aim to process and dispatch every order as quickly as possible, usually within 4 working days of receipt. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information (when applicable) so that you can follow its progress. Tracking information is not always possible and dependant on parcel size and delivery location.

United Kingdom Delivery

We deliver throughout the United Kingdom, including the Highlands and Islands, with no surcharge for remote postcodes. Our standard delivery time is two to four working days from dispatch.

International Delivery

We are delighted to deliver internationally and want the process to be as straightforward as possible, wherever you are.

For deliveries to the Channel Islands and Europe, we charge a flat rate, shown at checkout. If you are ordering a small item, we are happy to provide an individual postage quote instead, should you prefer this; please contact us before placing your order.

For deliveries elsewhere in the world, please select the international delivery option at checkout and contact us so that we can provide a delivery quote tailored to your order.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country once your parcel arrives. These charges are set by customs authorities, are entirely separate from our delivery charge and are not something Rural Ranges Ltd can predict or control, as they vary between countries and order values. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order. Any such charges are your responsibility and must be paid to release your order from customs, so please factor this into your decision when purchasing from outside the UK.

Risk and Responsibility During Transit

Your order remains the responsibility of Rural Ranges Ltd until it is delivered into your possession or that of someone you have nominated to receive it on your behalf. If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us; details of how we resolve this are set out in our Returns and Refund Policy.
