The Style

The range cookers in ILVE’s Milano style showcase a traditional Italian aesthetic, with a sumptuous and yet slightly simpler look than its Majestic counterpart. The ornate handles and knobs are bold and classy, and there is an option of adding a trim around the oven door.

There is a choice of 4 different trim finishes: Antique Bronze, Chrome, Brass, and Copper, and 9 different colour options of Blue Grey, Antique White, Gloss Black, Burgundy Red, Emerald Green, Midnight Blue, Stainless Steel, Matt Graphite and White. Alternatively, you can choose from 200 Classic RAL colours on request.

The Cookers

Cookers in ILVE’s Milano Range come in an impressive range of sizes:

60cm single oven. This oven has a capacity of 65l and has a choice between 4 gas burners and a 4 zoned induction hob.
70cm single oven. This oven has a capacity of 65l and has a 4 gas burner hob.
90cm single oven. This oven has a capacity of 97l and a choice of 5 different hob configurations.
90cm TFT single oven. This oven has a capacity of 97l, a TFT touch screen control, and 6 gas burners.
90cm double oven. The ovens have a capacity of 43 and 65l, with a rotisserie setting and 5 different hobs.
100cm double oven. 57l and 65l ovens with a rotisserie setting and a choice between 5 different hobs.
120cm double oven. 43l and 97l ovens with a rotisserie and 6 different hob options.
150cm double oven. 65l and 97l ovens with a rotisserie. There are 2 different hob options with up to 9 burners.

Milano Range Cooker Features

Each model has E3 digital temperature control of between 30°C and 300°C in 5-degree increments. The clear and easy-to-use screen enables you to choose between 15 different cooking functions, including fan ovens, grilling, defrosting, and pizza ovens.

Moisture control allows you to adjust settings to eliminate steam when needed, creating perfect conditions for dry bakes like breads, or more moist conditions for stews and roasts.

ILVE Cookers have soft closing doors with triple-layer insulated glass. The glass is removable for cleaning, while the outside of the oven stays cold and safe to touch. Easy clean enamel and a folding electrical coil that can be lowered for cleaning mean these ovens are designed with practicality in mind.

Hob Configuration Options

ILVE Range Cookers allow you to choose from a range of hob configurations, depending on the size of your cooker. The options include gas burners, induction hobs, fry tops, and coup de feus.

Gas burners are covered in easy-to-clean black nanotechnology and are protected by individual cast iron supports, while induction hobs have slide controls and timers with an automatic stop.

As an optional feature, the Milano ovens can be upgraded with Noblesse frames and solid doors. The front panels match your chosen colouring and are framed with a metallic trim to match your knobs and handles.
