Lacanche Hobs
Lacanche hobs are truly some of the most versatile out there. Depending on the size of your cooker, you can add elements and make precise choices that would be otherwise impossible with less personalised cookers.
Each model comes with a choice of between 2 and 4 different standard hob types, so no matter the model, you can choose whether you’d like gas burners, simmer plates or electric induction rings.
In addition to these standard hobs, cookers over 1m have an extra and very exciting choice of between one and four integrated hob types.
Whether you want a four ringed gas hob for family cooking or fryers, griddles and multi cookers for more adventurous catering, the process of building your Lacanche cooker empowers you to tick off every item of your wish list.
Hob Builder
Lacanche's hob builder tool allows you to design a hob that’s right for you. Choose between a Classic and Modern design, then select your width, burner configuration, oven elements and finally colours and finishes.
The tool is clear and easy to use, previewing what your final design will look like, and allowing you to add accessories to your order, such as cooker hoods and splashbacks.
We are thrilled with this innovation from Lacanche, as it means that your final hob will be ideally suited to your cooking style and kitchen aesthetic.
Integrated Hob Options
As well as designing your own cooker hob, Lacanche gives you the option to design an integrated hob separate from your cooker. These come in sizes between 700mm and 2200mm. Each has the choice between the more ornate Classic Style, and the sleeker Modern Style.
Each design has a choice between a variety of gas hob configurations, as well as induction or electric ceramic plates. Some of the larger models have additional space for those who want a mixture of two different hob types.
It is possible, for example, to have up to five gas burners as the central hob, and an induction plate on the side. Some models also allow for additional integrated options such as chargrills, planchas and griddles. Please see further down the page for more information on integrated options.

Available in Classic and Modern, with a choice between three gas tops, induction or ceramic.
900mm
Available in Classic and Modern, with a choice of a six burner gas hob or six zone induction.
1000mm
Available in Classic and Modern, with a choice of two gas tops, induction and electric ceramic.
1100mm
Available in Classic and Modern, with a choice of three gas tops, induction and ceramic hobs. One additional element such as a plancha or chargrill can be fitted on the left or right of the main hob.
1200mm
Available in Classic or Modern, with a choice of three gas tops, ceramic, induction or electric plancha. Two additional hob elements can be fitted to the left and right of the main hob.
1400mm
Available in Classic or Modern, with a choice of three gas tops, induction and ceramic. Two additional elements can be fitted to the left and right of the main hob.
1400mm
Available in Classic or Modern, with a choice between two gas tops, induction or ceramic hobs. An extra feature can be added to the left or right of the main hob.
1500mm
Available in Classic and Modern, with a choice of three gas tops, induction and ceramic hob types. Two additional elements can be added to the left and right hand side.
1800mm
Available in Classic or Modern, with a choice of three gas tops, ceramic, induction or electric plancha. Two additional hob elements can be fitted to the left and right of the main hob.
1800mm
Available in Classic and Modern and with a choice of two gas tops, induction and ceramic hobs. Two additional elements can be added, one on the left and one on the right.
2200mm
Available in both Classic and Modern, with a choice of 3 gas tops, induction or ceramic hobs. Space for an additional 4 hob options, such as extra burners, chargrills, griddles and bain maries.
Integrated Hob Options
Lacanche cookers over 1 metre in length have room for an integrated hob element, allowing you to choose additions suitable for your cooking habits. The options available are as follows:

All models over 1m have the option of adding additional rings to your hob. The two ringed induction hob allows for fast heating and excellent control, while the gas burners come with three different power options.
The two ringed 3kW open burners allow for low temperature cooking and simmering, and the two ringed 4kW burners are perfect for larger pans and rapid heating. The singular 5kw burner is ideal for large pans and woks. All burners have a flame failure safety device and electric ignition.
