Lacanche offers a range of accessories to compliment your cooking experience. From griddle plates and simmer plates for your integrated hob, to roasting trays and pastry plates, this is an exceptionally designed selection of products worthy of any professional kitchen, and suiting the most passionate home cooks. Smooth Griddle Plate: £310
This smooth griddle plate is made from enamelled cast iron and is designed to sit on top of two gas burners. Perfect for fried eggs and breakfasts and searing meat, fish and vegetables.
Ridged Griddle Plate: £260
This 510 x 260mm ridged griddle plate is made to withstand very high temperatures to sear and griddle meats and vegetables. Just like the smooth plate, it sits over two gas burners, so the temperature can be adjusted at each burner.
Simmer Plate: £230
This 510 x 260mm simmer plate sits on top of two gas burners, offering a similar cooking surface to traditional Aga simmering plates. The large cooking area with adjustable heat zones means pans can be shifted and food cooked with full control.
Wok Ring: £110
This wok ring fits over any of Lacanche’s gas burners once the centre plate has been removed, allowing for full open flame cooking for all your stir-fires and broths. The ring is made from the same sturdy and enamelled material as the hob pan stands, resulting in a streamlined and uniform aesthetic.
Large Trivet: £46
This metal cross piece sits over Lacanche’s 5kw hob gas burner to support smaller pans. The trivet is made from the same sturdy and enamelled material as the hob pan stands, resulting in a streamlined and uniform aesthetic.
Small Trivet: £31
This smaller metal cross piece sits over Lacanche’s 1.5kw, 3kw and 4kw gas burners to support small pans. It is made in the same enamelled material as the pan stands for a streamlined finish.
Black Burner Caps: £17-£20
The perfect way to keep burners looking smart without the need for endless polishing. The black cap sits on top of the brass burner, with the black enamel withstanding the high temperatures of the hob.

Traditional Hob Cover: £230
A sleek stainless steel cover for a traditional Lacanche cooker hob, giving your oven top a polished, unfussy look when the traditional solid centre hob is not in use.

These containers are designed to be used with Lacanche’s multi cooker hobs as a Bain Marie. Perfect for low temperature cooking, with lids to retain heat when temporarily storing food.
