Bookings & Payment

All event bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability.

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.

Booking confirmation will be sent by email.
Cancellations & Refunds

Ticket prices include Eventbrite booking fees. In the event of a refund these fees will not be refunded unless the event is cancelled by the organiser or stated otherwise.

If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us at least 7 days before the event for a full refund or to transfer your booking to another available event.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable. However, you are welcome to transfer your place to someone else by notifying us in advance.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for non-attendance or late arrivals.

If Rural Ranges needs to cancel or reschedule an event, we will offer you a full refund or the option to transfer to another event.

We reserve the right to cancel events due to insufficient bookings or circumstances beyond our control. We will always endeavour to provide as much notice as possible.
Food Allergies & Dietary Requirements

Our events involve food preparation, cooking and tasting, and ingredients may contain common allergens.

Please inform us of any food allergies, intolerances or dietary requirements at the time of booking, or as soon as possible before the event.

We will do our best to accommodate dietary requirements where practical, but cannot guarantee that all dishes can be adapted.

As ingredients are handled in a shared cooking environment, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Please contact us before booking if you have a severe allergy so we can discuss whether the event is suitable.

Guests participate in cooking and tasting activities at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring that the food they choose to prepare or consume is suitable for their individual dietary needs. Rural Ranges cannot accept liability for allergic reactions or adverse effects arising from allergies or intolerances that have not been disclosed to us, except where liability arises from our negligence or where it cannot lawfully be excluded.
Children & Age Restrictions

Unless otherwise stated, our events are intended for adults aged 18 and over.

Children may attend family-friendly events where specified but must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

For safety reasons, children may only participate in cooking activities where the event is specifically designed to accommodate them.
Health & Safety

Rural Ranges is located in an industrial unit and event attendees are permitted to enter the showroom only and must not enter private working areas including the workshop or the rear of the industrial unit. Attendees do so at their own risk.

Our cooking demonstrations and workshops involve hot surfaces, ovens, sharp utensils and other kitchen equipment. Attendees participate at their own risk.

All participants must follow the instructions and safety guidance provided by our team or guest chefs.

Please wear suitable clothing and footwear when participating in hands-on cooking activities.

Rural Ranges reserves the right to refuse participation where we reasonably believe someone's behaviour may put themselves or others at risk.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so or affects your statutory rights.
Event Details

We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to event menus, recipes, guest chefs or activities where necessary, while maintaining the overall nature of the event.

Any significant changes will be communicated to booked participants wherever possible.

Please arrive promptly to ensure you enjoy the full experience.
Photography & Filming

We may occasionally take photographs or videos during our events for use on our website and social media.

Permission to be photographed for use in promotional materials is assumed by the event organiser unless the attendee makes it known they do not wish to be photographed.
