Bake-O-Glide | Silicone Confectionary Mat

The Bake-O-Mat Silicone Confectionary Mat is a multi-purpose, non-stick silicone mat for confectionary work, sugar work, biscuits and baking which can go straight to the freezer or oven.

Place the mat on a baking sheet and pipe directly onto the mat; no need to grease.

Suitable in temperatures from -40c to 250c

• Suitable for all traditional Agas and Electrickit Agas, as well as conventional and fan assisted ovens.

Care and use:

• To clean, wash with a soft damp sponge and rinse

• Do not place in a dishwasher in case the mat is damaged.

• Do not use with scrapers or scourers

• Do not cut directly onto Bake-O-Glide
