Charlie Oven Perforated Plancha Rack

Charlie’s planchas are specially designed to fit the runners of Charlie ovens. They are made of sturdy stainless steel, designed and made in Britain and built to last. The perforated plancha is perfect for grilling vegetables and delicate foods such as seafood, as the perforation allows smoke heat to circulate freely. Both trays have a sturdy handle for ease of lifting and the raised side walls mean that food can be turned and flipped without risking it rolling off onto the floor.
