Charlie Oven Flat Bed Plancha Rack

Charlie’s planchas are specially designed to fit the runners of Charlie ovens. They are made of sturdy stainless steel, designed and made in Britain and built to last. The flat-bed plancha is an alternative to a pan, skillet or roasting tray and is therefore exceptionally versatile, roasting meats, frying fish or sautéing vegetables. The tray has a sturdy handle for ease of lifting and the raised side walls mean that food can be turned and flipped without risking it rolling off onto the floor.
