Biscoff Christmas Trees

Cooking for company doesn’t have to be complicated, so we’ve compiled some superbly simple ideas to get your party started on your Aga. This recipe is a perfect one to try out with the children, making a yummy, child-friendly treat for Christmas parties without breaking a sweat.

Ingredients:

Puff pastry (we used ready made rolled pastry, but if you're feeling adventurous you can make your own!)
Biscoff
Egg ( egg wash)
Icing sugar
Lebkuchen stars

Method:

Roll out your puff pastry horizontally.
Cover the left half of the pastry with biscoff (warming the biscoff will make
it easier to spread).
Fold the uncoated pastry over the biscoff half.
Cut into 8 equal strips.
Fold each strip back and forth over itself (starting off big and getting
smaller) to form a Christmas tree shape.
Pierce a stick through the middle of the tree and lightly brush your trees
with egg wash.
Cook in the top oven of your electrickit at 200 for approximately 15 mins or
until golden.
Sprinkle some icing sugar over. Place a lebkuchen star on the top of each
tree, and push the stick through to finish.
